Managing Partner
Before founding stok Investment Group, Ross spent the entirety of his career building experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate business. Early on in his career he spent several years at various national commercial real estate brokerages (CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Marcus & Millichap) and then transitioned to learning the development business at publicly traded, Vail Resorts (MTN) where he oversaw the development of over $500M in ground up residential and entitlement projects.

A decade into business in San Francisco, Matt has built 2 successful companies receiving the honor of being named a Bay Area Fastest Growing Company 5 times over as well as the Business Journals 40 under 40 achievement in 2019. Due to his leadership, authorship and expertise, his clients now include corporate giants such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon as well as institutional owners developers and managers of commercial real estate such as Boston Properties, Tishman Speyer, Kilroy Realty, Irvine Company, and Grosvenor.
